The workbenches are built with a solid jarrah framework and a highly durable and attractive flat-topped surface. The bench above is an island style. If your bench is to go against a wall let us know and we will change the configuration to suit. You then get a shallower depth bearer at the rear as well as a jarrah backing strip screwed on behind it which sits up about 40mm above the bench top and stops things falling off. Same price. The photo shows a 1500l x 760d x 920h Heavy Duty style kit form bench. The bench price is $710 as shown in the price table below, the vice is an Irwin Record V175 with a fitted price of $115 (see the previous kit form page). The bench stop adds $150. The all up price of this combination is $975. Of course if you think another vice, vice position or bench size would suit YOU and YOUR workshop layout better, then choose accordingly from the sizes and vices offered. The benches come in a knock-down kit form that arrives at your door in two completed sections that you simply attach the legs to (see Assembly Instructions page). If your prefer an overhanging bench frontage just let us know. Small clamps can then be used on the leading edge of the bench.
